Vienna, VA—Decision One Mortgage of Charlotte, N.C., a member of the HSBC Group, registered the 30 millionth loan on the MERS® System on April 6, 2005.

Thirty million loans represents an over 35 percent increase in the number of loans registered on the MERS® System in just one year.
